Donnie provides assistance to businesses and industries seeking contract opportunities in selling their goods or services to the federal, local, state and county government, as well as private and commercial business and industry. Donnie has over 20 years of experience as a leader in Human Resources and has received numerous commendations for outstanding performance and several awards for team management.

Prior to joining the EDC, Donnie was Postmaster for Duncan, Oklahoma for 19 years where he controlled an annual budget in excess of $3 million with revenues of over $2.7 million. During his 37 year career with the postal system, he served in a variety of positions that dealt with personnel, fiscal and human resource issues. Prior to becoming the Bid Assistance Coordinator, he was the Leadership/Management Facilitator/Instructor for the Corporate Training Department where he taught courses pertaining to leadership and management and performed duties as a WorkKeys facilitator.

Donnie holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Cameron University and has completed several workshops related to human resource management.
