Morgan Gould is a Small Business Management Coordinator with Great Plains Technology Center in Lawton where he offers advising and training to entrepreneurs in Southwest Oklahoma. He works with those who want to start and/or grow their own businesses and his areas of specialty include business financing, financial analysis and accounting.
Prior to joining the EDC, Morgan worked in commercial lending for a local bank and before that, he worked for the Oklahoma Small Business Development Center and managed his own business.
In addition, he serves as the Chairman of the Lawton-Ft. Sill Chamber of Commerce Small Business Committee and volunteers in other local groups. He was named the 2013 Oklahoma Veteran Small Business Champion by the Small Business Administration and is a graduate of Leadership Lawton. Morgan is a Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor and a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Cameron University.
Keith has led Great Plains economic development support efforts since 1993. He previously served as GPTC’s Director of Business and Industry Recruitment. Prior to working at Great Plains Keith served as CEO of the Tinney Corporation. He earned a bachelor degree from Cameron University. He has earned numerous state and national economic development certifications including the National Development Council Finance Certification. He has served on the Governor’s Economic Development Team since 1999. Keith has also held leadership positions in numerous local leadership, civic, arts and economic development organizations, including two terms as Chairman of the Lawton Airport Authority. He is currently a board member of both the Lawton Public Schools Foundation and the Comanche County Memorial Hospital “Starlight” Foundation. He is an avid golfer and is active in his local church.

Cody serves as the Business Development Center Coordinator at Great Plains Business Development Center. Cody provides accounting expertise and tax consultant services as well as e-commerce training, business social media implementation, marketing, specialized seminars, conferences and training to BDC tenants.
He previously served for ten years as a Small Business Management Coordinator at the Economic Development Center at Great Plains Technology Center advising small business owners and managers how to improve their business operations and presenting seminars and programs to the public on issues important to small business.
Before joining Great Plains Technology Center, he worked as an accountant for a local full service consulting and certified public accounting firm. Cody also worked as a Manager Trainee for Security Finance of Lawton, an Account Executive for Beneficial Finance of Lawton, a Graduate Research Assistant for Cameron University, and as a Sales Representative for his parents’ business here in Lawton, Oklahoma.
He has performed audits, prepared financial statements for audits, compilations, and reviews, and prepared individual, partnerships, corporations, and fiduciary tax returns. He has also procured loans for clients and worked one-on-one to help clients reduce their interest rates.
He has computer experience with Microsoft Word, Corel WordPerfect, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, various Internet applications, iWork (Pages, Numbers & Keynote) and QuickBooks.
Cody holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Economics, a Bachelor of Accounting degree and a Master of Business Administration degree all from Cameron University. Cody has also holds his Business Incubation Management Certificate (BIM) from International Business Innovation Association.

Kevin works with instructional and support staff and the statewide resources of the career and technology center network to coordinate and provide customized training programs and services to business and industry.
With more than 20 years experience in the development, administration, and implementation of training programs for the public and private sector, he is adept at helping businesses avoid inefficiencies, cross-purposes, miscommunications and offers guidance on how they can become a strategically focused organization.
Prior to joining Corporate Training, he was the Director of Product Development at Advanced Systems Technologies, a commercial-based training and development firm. Kevin also served 20 years in the United States Army achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Kevin holds a Juris Doctorate from Northwestern California University School of Law and a Masters of Education in Instructional Technology and Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. He is a Myers Brigg Type Indicator Administrator, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and a graduate Professor of Human Resources Management at Webster University.
His professional interests include the application of adult learning principles to long-term and short-term training situations, instructional systems design, human resource management, and knowledge-based continuous quality improvement programs.

Louanna began her industrial career as a Journeyman Electrician for JR’s Heating and Air Conditioning in 1979. In 1988, she became the Industrial Training Specialist for the Corporate Training department. As an Industrial Training Specialist, she develops competency based maintenance based curriculum for various industries, from basic ohm’s law through programmable logic controllers. She also presents instruction, evaluates student performance based on established standards and constructs or modifies training aids to meet specific job needs.
Louanna is regionally recognized as a knowledgeable and professional electrical/electronics trainer. She is devoted to motivating students to become successful and providing quality training aids that enhance job performance and personal confidence. Louanna’s experience in the electrical/electronics field help her develop training programs that students understand and benefit from. Her ability to take the intimidation out of learning is reflected in the success rate of her students.
Significant accomplishments include: designing and assembling 4’ x 4’ cube trainers, cathodic rectifier protection system trainers, temperature control unit trainers, and pneumatic clean room trainers that enabled students to experience work simulation situations. She also redesigned and installed the control circuit of fabric machine for the Schlegel Company from relay control to Programmable Logic Control with AC Drives. She has also developed curriculum for 3-M, Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company, Public Service Company, Bar-S Foods, Republic Paper Company, and Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.
Kelly instructs students in the use, maintenance, and safe operation of tools and equipment in the fluid power, mechanical systems, and welding portions of the industrial maintenance program. Kelly has more than 30 years of hands-on experience in all stages of the manufacturing, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial systems.
Prior to joining the Corporate Training Department in 1996, he worked for the Stanley Proto Industrial Tools in Wichita Falls Texas as a multi-crafted Maintenance Technician and millwright. He oversaw new equipment installation, performed breakdown maintenance, and eliminated chronic machine problems through analysis and tracking. Kelly is also a state certified pipe welder, firefighter and law enforcement officer.
He hold several technical certifications and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Plant Engineering Technology from Texas State Technical Institute.

Larry instructs students in the use, maintenance, and safe operation of tools and equipment in the electronics and electrical areas of the industrial maintenance program. Larry has more than 30 years of hands-on experience in all stages of the manufacturing, including the supervision and training of new technicians/maintenance managers, plant supervision, and the routine maintenance and troubleshooting of new equipment.
Prior to joining the Corporate Training Department in 2009, he worked for the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Lawton, OK as a Maintenance Engineer where he performed programmable logic controller programming on SLC 5/PLC-5 and ControLogix 5000 equipment. He also designed, developed, and oversaw new equipment installation, supervised breakdown maintenance technicians and maintenance managers, and eliminated chronic machine problems through analysis and tracking.
Previous maintenance positions include: Maintenance Specialist, Maintenance Tech G3, Power House Operator (Facilities Management), Lubrication Technician, Utility Person, and Tire Builder. Larry also has a background carpentry, plumbing, household electrical, concrete work, wallboard installation, tapping and bedding, ceramic tile work, and heavy equipment operator work. He is a 1999 graduate of the Great Plains Technology Maintenance Technician program and is currently completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Technology at Cameron University.
Scott teaches electricity and electronics courses to Corporate Training clients. His area of expertise includes electrical fundamentals, electrical circuits and diagnosis, and programmable logic controllers.
Prior to joining the Corporate Training team, he was an Automotive Service Technology Instructor for 14 years for the Great Plains Technology Center. A well-rounded individual, he also worked as a contract General Motors Instructor in Lawton, Oklahoma and Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Scott holds an Associate in Applied Science in Manufacturing Technology from Western Oklahoma State College, a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Cameron University, and an Associate in Applied Science in Automotive Technology from Oklahoma City Community College.
In addition to completing several General Motors training programs, he also holds certification as an Automotive Service Excellence Master Technician, an Oldsmobile Master Technician, a GMC Truck Master Technician, and a Pontiac Master Technician. He served as a mentor for the General Motors Youth Education System (GM-YES) and as an Advisory Committee Member for Automotive Service Technology at the Great Plains Technology Center.
Hank instructs students in the use, maintenance, and safe operation of tools and equipment in the fluid power and mechanical systems portion of the industrial maintenance program. Hank has more than 20 years of hands-on experience in all stages of the manufacturing, including the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial systems.
Prior to joining the Corporate Training Department in 2016, he was the owner and operator of a field service company that focused on electrical and mechanical system installation, trouble-shooting and repair for oil and gas production rigs. He also worked for the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Lawton, OK as a multi-crafted Maintenance Technician. He oversaw new equipment installation, performed breakdown maintenance, and eliminated chronic machine problems through analysis and tracking.
He is a graduate of the Great Plains Technology Maintenance Technician program and holds and Associate of Applied Science degree in applied technology from Cameron University.
Donnie provides assistance to businesses and industries seeking contract opportunities in selling their goods or services to the federal, local, state and county government, as well as private and commercial business and industry. Donnie has over 20 years of experience as a leader in Human Resources and has received numerous commendations for outstanding performance and several awards for team management.
Prior to joining the EDC, Donnie was Postmaster for Duncan, Oklahoma for 19 years where he controlled an annual budget in excess of $3 million with revenues of over $2.7 million. During his 37 year career with the postal system, he served in a variety of positions that dealt with personnel, fiscal and human resource issues. Prior to becoming the Bid Assistance Coordinator, he was the Leadership/Management Facilitator/Instructor for the Corporate Training Department where he taught courses pertaining to leadership and management and performed duties as a WorkKeys facilitator.
Donnie holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Cameron University and has completed several workshops related to human resource management.

Clint advises farmers and agricultural producers on how to keep accurate financial records and helps them with Oklahoma -linked deposit loans, whole farm analysis, stocker cattle record keeping, cow-calf record keeping, Farm Service Agency (FSA) loan applications, borrower training and Quicken and Excel record training.
With over 27 years of farming experience, he knows that being a successful farmer requires knowledge of advanced technology, educational preparation, and business skills.
Prior to joining GPTC, he was Assistant Vice-President and Loan Officer at Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma as a commercial agricultural lender for five years. He was also a Vice-President and Loan Officer at Liberty National Bank for 6 years. Before entering the banking sector, he was the branch manager of Co-op Services Inc. Lawton location for five years.
Clint has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Animal Science from Cameron University and a certificate in Consumer and Commercial lending and Banking Operations from the Oklahoma School of Banking. He is also sole-proprietor of a small cow- calf operation in Comanche county. Clint is a member of the Lawton Chamber of Commerce and Industry Agriculture Committee, the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Assoc., The Texas Southwest Cattle Raisers Assoc., The Elgin Rodeo Assoc., and the Elgin Chamber of Commerce.

Shawn works with instructional and support staff and the statewide resources of the career and technology center network to coordinate and provide customized training programs and services to business and industry. Shawn Johnson instructs and helps to facilitate OSHA and other safety courses for corporate training clients. He also works with the safety team to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance. Shawn has over 19 years of experience in the Safety and Health industry and has worked with over 125 companies throughout Oklahoma; he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Safety from the University of Central Oklahoma University in 1996. He is also an Outreach Training provider for the 10 and 30-hour construction courses.

Cassandra teaches and develops safety and health courses for Corporate Training clients. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Safety, with a minor in Recreation from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
Prior to joining Corporate Training, she was an Industrial Hygiene Intern for the Celanese Plant in Pampa, Texas where she performed weekly water samples, collected noise sampling data, performed various chemical tests, inspected respirators, and inventoried chemical products within the plant.
Cassandra has in-depth understanding of safety training and instructional techniques, management and organizational behavior, safety program management, industrial hygiene, construction safety, human factors/ergonomics, occupational safety and health, recreational leadership, recreation facilities management, statistical methods, hazardous materials and waste management, acoustics, vibration, noise control, and legal liability in safety and health legislation.
